Woodsage Acquires Ashland Conveyor Products

HOLLAND, OHIO, May 4, 2022 – – Woodsage is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ashland Conveyor Products. Ashland, an Ohio-based company with a long history of excellent service to the material handling industry, manufactures gravity, skatewheel and telescoping conveyor systems, ball transfer tables and accessories/replacement parts that are complementary to Woodsage’s existing line of products. Ashland’s long-serving management team, including company President Tim Swineford and CFO Bill Waltz, will continue with the company and work together with Woodsage management to serve the growing conveyor/material handling market.
